the breakfast had a great variety of food and included fresh orange juice (i loved it!). the staff in the dining room were very helpful. i liked the restaurants near the hotel in the main marina area, so convenient for a quick bite.

The room was cleaned daily, so it was acceptable.
The poolside bar opened late, and staff seemed stressed. The hot breakfast buffet items were cold each morning. Coffee service was inconsistent, TOO. It felt disappointing considering the initial impressions.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The hotel has activities each day. I enjoyed the jewelry making. The entertainment at night included a concert by candlelight in a beautiful church area of the building.
The gym equipment was very dated and could use updates.

the location gave direct access to the marina.
the pillows were of poor quality , and , made sleeping difficult. the entertainment included bingo nights , which i found inappropriate for a five-star hotel. the downstairs bar also looked quite dated.

the breakfast buffet impressed me with a huge assortment. i appreciated the glass of bubbles included. the location suited me because it was good for marina and seafront walks. the staff were friendly.
the main pool was a bit cold. i only saw one person using it .

The room had bright and clean features, but there were no usb ports. the tv provided english channels. the hotel hallways were generally well kept. i did see a cockroach on two occasions.

Breakfast had good options. dinner is themed each night. this may not suit every guest. there were several nights with singers. however, there were also bingo nights and quiz nights, and the downstairs bar looks tired.

The hotel is near Marina Rubicón. A short walk is all it takes! I appreciated the rooms, they had a separate sitting area. All necessary amenities were available to me. I found the hotel atmosphere lovely. Even when busy, private spaces remain available.
The main pool's water temperature was numbingly cold, though I understand this can vary.
